Made up in Dubai, every night

Karak After Dark is a live improv comedy show created by Salman Qureshi and Asad Raza Khan. They built it around a simple idea: Dubai deserves a regular night of fast, funny, completely unscripted theatre.

A troupe of improvisers takes suggestions from the audience and turns them into scenes, songs and stories that exist only that night. No two shows are the same.

Every night brings a rotating cast of the region's top improv comics alongside Salman and Asad. The line-up changes, the suggestions change and the scenes never repeat, so each show is the only one of its kind. Come once and you've seen one show. Come back and you'll see a completely different one.

Salman Qureshi is a Dubai-based improviser, comedian and founder of The Other Room. Asad Raza Khan also produces theatre under Tall Tales.
